Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders placed before 4 pm EST Monday through Friday that same day. Priority is given to Express and 2nd Day Air shipments. UPS Standard service delivery time to US addresses is 2-6 business days and is determined by delivery address.

Overnight, 2nd day and Standard shipping are available on checkout for North American customers. We ship all orders within North America via UPS.

Please note UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is specified on checkout we will contact you prior to shipping your order to cofirm a street address for UPS delivery.

Saturday delivery is available to some areas, please call us at 1-866-610-6004 to confirm availability and pricing.

International Courier service is also available by contacting us on our direct dial line at 1-905-473-5790.

Shipping within the USA and Canada
(48 contiguous states):
Your order will be shipped from our Markham, Ontario location by the UPS service selected on checkout.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico:
All orders will be shipped from our Markham, Ontario location by either UPS Express or Expedited service as selected on checkout. Ground Service is not available to these states.

Shipping globally (outside the US & Canada):
All orders will be shipped from our Markham, Ontario location by the method chosen by the customer upon contacting our office. Depending on your location we may have multiple options and levels of service available to you.

USA and International Shipping Policy

We ship outside Canada under the following terms:

You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside Canada.

International shipments (outside of Canada) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.

On a routine visit to the veterinarian, my wife and I discovered that our beloved lab mix Winnie had elevated BUN and Creatinine levels. Our vet recommended a canine internal medicine specialist. My lovely wife returned from the specialist in tears, as she had been informed that Winnie was in complete kidney failure and likely had less than 6 months to live. I have just received my lab results for my golden retriever, Brandy. It has been 3 weeks since we began the program of the food and herbal treatments recommended by the Five Leaf Pet Pharmacy. I must say I never thought I would make it 3 weeks! It was my last chance to treat Brandy for her kidney disease.
