We do our best to ship all orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday that same day. Priority is given to
Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments. FedEx Ground service delivery time to US & Canadian addresses is up to 6 business days
and is determined by delivery address.
Overnight, 2nd day and Ground shipping are available on checkout for North American customers. We ship all orders within
North America via FedEx.
Please note FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is specified on
checkout we will contact you prior to shipping your order to confirm a street address for FedEx
Saturday delivery is available to most areas, please call us at 1-866-610-6004 to confirm availability, FedEx
Saturday delivery surcharge is $15.00.
Shipping within the USA and Canada

Your order will be shipped from our Niagara Falls, New York location by the FedEx service selected on checkout. Most
Canadian orders are shipped from our Ontario, Canada location by Purolator or Xpresspost.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico:
All orders will be shipped from our
Niagara Falls, New York location by either FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day or Ground (Ground service is 8 business
days) service as selected on checkout.
Shipping globally (outside the US & Canada):
Orders will be shipped from
either our Niagara Falls, New York location by the method chosen by the customer upon contacting our office.
USA and International Shipping Policy
We ship outside North America under the following terms:
You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs
department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost
in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We
cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside North America.
International shipments (outside of North America) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other
customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not
collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
We accept returns on unopened, sealed items in resalable condition within 60 days from date of delivery.

For a refund of any item, the item must be returned in unopened resalable condition. Please ensure items are safely packed so they will
not be damaged in transport. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or for
products returned after 60 days. When returning items, please use Insured U.S. Mail tracking to
ensure proper delivery of your return. Returns without a Return authorization will not be accepted. If you refuse your delivery you will be
responsible for all charges associated with it's refusal and these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds to be processed.
